STRATEgy
We help organizations work with their partners and stakeholders to develop effective strategies that meet their communications and behaviour change objectives.
Case Study: Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC)
We helped the IOC of UNESCO to develop and implement a 4-year Communications Strategy including efforts to support the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development from 2021-2030.
The IOC's Communications Strategy is helping to improve the way countries collaborate on critical ocean science issues.
In developing the Communications Strategy for the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030) we:
-
Worked with stakeholders to co-design a suite of materials and activities based on the "One Planet, One Ocean" strapline, including this brochure
-
Directly engaged key stakeholders such as ocean scientists, educators, philanthropists and champions in the design and production of media products and activities.
-
Developed innovative media products, including this series on the Seven Principles of Ocean Literacy involving key ocean science champions such as the oceanographer, Sylvia Earle: https://oceanliteracy.unesco.org/principles/
